Hazel, thank you for putting in the time and effort to get the schedules in a decent way. You have been going above and beyond by working in the evenings and weekends to ensure vou're as organised as possible to have a better understanding of the area.
I know you've been very busy with the chats and juggling your other duties, but I just want to say thank you and it is very much appreciated. We still have some work to do but at least we can see light at the end of the tunnel

When things go wrong, I am not shy about making my feelings known.
But equally when get exceptional service feel thanks ought to be given and recognition expressed.
I am an industrial developer and trying to get electricity contracts set up and meters installed in our site has been agonising and tortuous.
