  6. Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, ConvertKit)
  7. File sharing and collaboration tools (Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive)
  8. Communication and video conferencing tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
  9. Online research tools (Google Scholar, JSTOR, PubMed)
  10. Content creation and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Piktochart)
